Abbie

About me, myself and I.

I’m Abbie Parry. I am a passionate children’s  illustrator. You’ll usually find me in my home studio, painting with watercolours, or acrylics, creating fun little characters.

I’m inspired by elephants, knitted jumpers, and long mountain adventures.

I spent three years at the Arts University Bournemouth, making pictures, bedroom dens and drinking far too much tea, where I graduated with an Upper Second, in 2015. I now live in North Wales, underneath the biggest mountain we have.Since then I have worked with companies such as Tegid’s Toys, designing wooden puzzles; Funky Giraffe, creating patterns for baby bibs; and local start up company Blas Y Tymor, designing packaging and branding.

As well as being a busy bee, illustrating, I assist and hold art workshops for adults and children, with Criw Celf, CARN, Dylan’s restaurant and more. I am available to hire for workshop and illustration commissions.  If you would like to contact me for any further information, regarding commissions, workshops or for a friendly chat then please do get in touch. Have a wonderful day! Email: abbieparry@hotmail.co.uk
