STAMP Castell returns to the town of Caernarfon this summer for the third time, led by artist Manon Awst. The project brings together visual artists, poets, musicians, scientists and historians to reflect on the theme ‘To The Sea’, which coincides with Visit Wales’ Year of The Sea 2018.
Come and experience this unique art project which features site-specific sculptures and installations, exhibitions, performances and creative discussions in the Castle and across diverse locations in the town between 15 – 24 June 2018.

Manon Awst is an artist and researcher. Raised on Anglesey, she studied Architecture at Emmanuel College, Cambridge and Artistic Research at the Royal College of Art, London.
Between 2008 – 2015 she lived in Berlin, collaborating with German artist Benjamin Walther on international art projects (http://www.awst-walther.com).
In 2015 she received a Creative Wales Award from the Arts Council of Wales and established her studio in Caernarfon. She is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Creative Studies in Bangor, examining the relationship between people and their environments through site-specific art projects.
